Ming Pao 明報 has devoted a whole section of its magazine to the issue of students from ethnic minority groups learning Chinese in Hong Kong. It covers some good ground, talking to students about their struggles, parents who see Chinese learning as crucial for their child's future in HK and educators who are trying to help.
